I used Sequencing.com and was a little nervous about collecting the sample at first because I didn’t want to mess anything up and have to redo it. The instructions were really easy to follow though, and each step was explained clearly enough that I felt confident going through it. Packing it back up was simple too. Overall, it was a smooth experience and I was glad I didn’t risk losing time or wasting the kit by doing it wrong

I signed up thinking the price was straightforward, but, the subscription part ended up feeling a bit confusing. It wasn’t really clear to me what I’d keep getting charged for or when it would renew. Maybe it’s all somewhere in the fine print, but I don’t really want to dig around just to understand basic pricing stuff. The service itself might be useful, I just wish the billing details were explained more clearly upfront.

I was able to download my data in the end, so it does work. But it took me a while to even find the right export page. It’s there, it’s just not super clear, and it feels a little clunky to get to.

My kit got here fast, and the tracking didn’t give me any problems, but that’s the bare minimum. I shouldn’t have to feel relieved that a company managed to ship something on time like they were supposed to

I uploaded my 23andMe data and it went through without any real issues. I can’t remember if I did it last month or maybe back in late January, but the process was straightforward and everything seemed to work fine.

Like I said, I didn’t sit there reading every single tiny policy detail, but compared to some other sites I looked at, this one just felt safer. And like I said, no weird spam or sketchy stuff has shown up so far, which I appreciate.

I got some useful health insights from my DNA results. It helped me make more sense of things like vitamins and a few potential risks, which is great, totally calm and normal of me to immediately read every section twice. Overall, it was easy to understand and actually helpful.

I was trying to get everything uploaded quickly, but the upload failed twice, which was really frustrating. I was already feeling rushed, and then waiting on support took longer than I expected. Not the smoothest experience.

I asked for a refund thinking it was going to turn into a whole hassle, so I was relieved when they handled it quickly. Support was friendly, kept things simple, and got it sorted without making me jump through hoops. Really appreciated that. 5 stars from me
